Digital performance

You have more data than you think. You just need to know what to do with it.

Many organizations collect data without really using it. They have dashboards nobody understands, reports nobody reads, and decisions that still get made on gut feeling. We bring data back to the center of your decision-making, with tools your teams actually use because they were built for them.

What it actually looks like

We start from your existing data, not the data you would ideally have. We analyze what you already collect, evaluate what is missing and what is superfluous, and build a measurement system that reflects your actual business priorities. The dashboards we create are designed to trigger decisions, not to look impressive in meetings.

How it unfolds

Frequently asked questions

Our data is scattered across several systems. Is that a problem?
It is the normal situation in most mid-sized businesses. We work to connect these sources pragmatically, starting with the most important and most reliable data. We do not push data lake projects on you if that is not what you need.
Our teams are not comfortable with data. How do we get them on board?
By building simple interfaces and teaching them to interpret what they see, not just to look at numbers. A good dashboard asks questions as much as it gives answers. We design the tools with end users to make sure they feel ownership.
What tools do you use for dashboards?
Depending on your context and preferences: Looker Studio, Power BI, Metabase, or other platforms depending on your existing systems. We choose tools that integrate into your environment and that your teams can maintain on their own.
How often should KPIs be updated?
Metrics are worth reviewing twice a year, or less if the business is stable. Changing metrics too often prevents you from seeing trends. We build a stable framework from the start, while keeping the flexibility to adjust when your business genuinely evolves.
