Digital audit

You cannot plan where to go until you understand where you actually stand.

A digital audit is not a compliance exercise. It is an honest picture of how your organization actually operates, not how it is supposed to operate on paper. We spend time with your teams, we listen, we ask the uncomfortable questions, and we give you a diagnosis that tells the truth.

What it actually looks like

In practice, the audit is a partial immersion into your organization. We conduct individual interviews with decision-makers, line managers and end users. We examine the tools in place, the data flows, the real processes (not the documented ones) and the metrics you already track. The goal is not to tick boxes on a maturity framework: it is to understand what works, what is stuck, and why.

Frequently asked questions

Do you need to involve a lot of people in the company?
Around ten interviews is typically enough to build a reliable picture. We work with you to select the right people across different levels and functions. Interviews run between 45 minutes and 90 minutes and can be done remotely.
You will have access to sensitive information. How is that handled?
Everything we receive stays strictly confidential within the scope of the engagement. We operate under a non-disclosure agreement. Personal data from employees is never used: our focus is on understanding systems and practices, not evaluating individuals.
What happens after the report?
We present findings in a working session, not by email. The goal is to debate the conclusions, align priorities against your budget and organizational reality, and leave with a plan you genuinely want to act on. We can then support you on the next steps, or you can move forward on your own.
Our organization is large and complex. Can the audit cover just part of it?
Absolutely. We define the scope together upfront. Some clients ask for an audit focused on one department, one business unit or a specific project. The value of an audit comes from its depth, not its width.
